PRESSURE RUBBER HOSES WITH TEXTILE REINFORCEMENT GOST-10362-76.
This standard applies to pressure rubber hoses with textile reinforcement, used as flexible pipelines for supplying air, inert gases and liquids under pressure, operable in areas with a temperate and tropical climate at temperatures from minus 50 °Ñ up to plus 90 °Ñ,
in regions with a cold climate at temperatures from minus 60 °Ñ to plus 90 °Ñ.
This standard does not apply to a hose for gas welding and cutting of metals, a power hydraulic system of combine harvesters, food industry and diving equipment.

up to +100
Liquid lubricants
from - 50 to + 100
Lubricant grease in accordance with GOST 1033
Air
from - 50 to + 60
Gases are neutral (inert)
Water
up to + 100, short-term up to + 120

from - 60 to + 120
Weak solutions of inorganic acids, alkalis (up to 20% concentration), except for nitric acid
from - 50 to + 50
The minimum bending radius of the hose during operation must correspond to
the standards:
Inner diameter, mm
Minimum bend radius
up to 25
8 inner diameters
from 25 to 50
10 inner diameters
from 50 to 63
15 inner diameters
from 63 to 100
20 inner diameters
The change in the outer diameter of the hose at the minimum bending radius should not be more than 10% of the actual diameter of the hose.
GAMMA-percentage
the resource of the hose, subject to the requirements of this standard, should be at a normal resource:
20 thousand km - for vehicle components and assemblies
5000 engine hours - for units and assemblies of tractors up to 01.01.92
ã.
Since 01/01/92, the resource of hoses for units and assemblies of tractors with γ = 0,9 – 8000 engine hours.
In order to ensure tightness and operability of the hose, when tightening with clamps, the wall deformation is taken within 15% - 30%, when embedded in couplings –
25% - 45%.
It is allowed to grind the outer rubber layer at the ends of the sleeves at a length of 25 – 30 mm,
the entire stripped part of the hose must be clamped by the sleeve.
It is NOT ALLOWED to reinforce the sleeve after it has been at a temperature below 0°Ñ
without preliminary exposure at a temperature of 15°C to 25°C for 24 hours.
